Managing Demands and Expectations Workshop (download)
This interactive workshop helps you to understand how and why a low demand approach is helpful for individuals with PDA, and takes you through the process of helping you to recognise the visible and invisible demands and expectations our young people face each day. You will then be challenged to categorise those demands and expectations appropriately, and to think outside the box on how to effectively manage each category of demands. The outcome will be a structure which you can implement at home immediately, whilst being flexible and adaptable to adjust to our young people’s ever changing lives and tolerance levels.
